TERMS:
We make every effort
to return perfect results. If you find a spelling error in your text that
is not noted in our final Errors Report, we will refund your payment in
full. (Please read our Warranty and Liability section below for full details.)
PAYMENT PROCEDURES:
Purchase orders from major corporations and educational institutions are
accepted for orders over $200. If your company or organization is required
to use a purchase order and does not fit this description, please contact
us to qualify your order. Payment by purchase order is net 30 days.
For all other orders, the minimum ($25) payment must be made before editing
can begin, and payment in full is required before the final Errors Report
is released. We accept personal or business checks, but we prefer that
you pay by credit card online via Pay-Pal. The process is fast, simple

WARRANTY AND LIABILITY:
OOPS! (The Only Online Proofreading Service) is an editorial service of
L.C. Productions, Inc. Although we strive for perfection, we do not guarantee
that the services we provide will be free from defects. There are also
many ways to present ideas in print; even grammatical usage is to some
extent a matter of personal preference and style. We try to provide you
with options through our “comments” function and we leave
the final decision to you. In the event that you discover a spelling error
that we failed to point out, your payment will be refunded. This is the
limit of our responsibility.
All documents
which we copy from your Internet site for the purposes of carrying out
our proofreading and editing services belong to you. Suggested modifications
made by us may be used or not used by you at your own discretion. Under
no circumstances will
L. C. Productions,
Inc. be liable to clients for any indirect, incidental, consequential,
special or exemplary damages arising from any advice we provide or from
any provision of this agreement.
