HOW
IT WORKS:
The best way to work with us is to make your payment—and retrieve
your job—online. We make it easy. (For more about paying by purchase
order or personal check, read our Terms.)
- You click the button below and fill in the Order Form, indicating
files to be proofed, and your deadline.
- We confirm the deadline and rate (standard or rush) by email and
direct you to a page in the OOPS! website where you can make payments,
and retrieve your Errors Report.
- To place the order, you go to your Job Page, click the Submit Order
button and make the $25 minimum payment by credit card, securely,
through PayPal.
- We copy your Website files into MS Word and a senior editor immediately
begins to proofread the first 1500 words of your order, making color-highlighted
corrections (and comments) in the text. See Demo.
- If the total text you’ve asked us to proof is 1500 words or
less, we proceed to completion, and post the Errors Report online
with a link from your Job Page. We email you as soon as it goes up
and you download it from your page.
- If your order exceeds 1500 words, we email a total word count and
final price. You may then confirm or amend your final order by returning
to your Job Page and following the instructions.
- When work on your Website is complete, we notify you to go to your
Job Page, make your final payment and confirm a delivery mode. If
you choose online retrieval, you will be able to click the link on
your Job Page and download your Errors Report as soon as payment goes
through. If you choose email attachment or Priority Mail, we'll send
it out by the end of the business day.
- You review our suggestions and make changes to your website at your
own discretion.
